    Site investigation & assessment

    We visit the property to carry out a structural assessment and, where needed, investigate further — soil sampling, trial pits, CCTV drainage surveys and tree/root checks. Everything is documented with photographs and measurements.

  3. STEP 03

    Diagnosis & a clear written report

    We set out the cause of the movement, the supporting evidence, and the recommended remedy in a clear, professional report — written in plain English and acceptable to insurers, solicitors and lenders.

  4. STEP 04

    Recommendations & next steps

    We talk you through the findings, answer your questions and explain the practical next steps — whether that's a simple drain repair, vegetation management, monitoring, or (rarely) underpinning.
